Yup, I've been repeatedly doing this RMA SE with LIT for a couple months however it does take a month or two to get the replacement
be great if you could go into more detail on this process?
Basically I just say my PS5 is broken and submit a repair ticket then once I get the label I send it out with invisible ink and my package goes missing (lost in transit) then I repeatedly call pretending to be annoyed that they've lost my PS5 until I am offered a replacement
