5 live chats, 10 phone calls and 3 managers later i have been finally sent confirmation of the refund "we are writing to confirm we are processing your refund for your order......This amount has been credited to your payment method and will appear when your bank has processed it". I was getting worried cause this was my first ever refund on amazon i was regretting doing such a high price but glad it worked out in the end. Took exactly 22 days from when the item i sent back arrived at their warehouse.
