As far as I'm aware Amazon are responsible for refunds, replacements etc in regards to third-party sellers under the "A-to-Z guarantee".

When dealing with evidence to support or a deny a claim for example CCTV footage are amazon liaising with the seller in question to provide said information?

Are claims likely to be more or less successful when fulfilled by amazon?
