If you don't have any need for the Android playstore or Google Mobile Services then yeah sure.

It still looks like a copy of their EMUI skin for android tho. I personally wouldn't want all the hassle that comes with no Playstore or Google services. The question remains if Huawei will keep supporting android apps in the future for its Harmony OS or that they will make their entire own eco-system. its probably mostly designed for the Chinese market itself or some non-western markets. Also i'm not sure what bands/frequencies Huawei nowadays supports on their phones.
