I have bought a pair of AKG headphones from Amazon and i received them defective ( i really mean it ) and i refunded them from Amazon but now i would like a replacement from their site and i would like to know if AKG website is se'eable

Any company is SE-able. It just takes some balls and a good cover story. Contact their customer support for some info and find some weak spots.

Further to my post above, they certainly can be SEd, but the method (apart from DNA) depends on the Item Itself.
