Do note that Logitech warranty Is only for the original purchaser/owner of the product.

Logitech Is very stubborn at times, so do expect a lengthy process.

They said they are internally reviewing my ticket and had transferred my ticket to another department that’s probably a bad sign right
It's pretty much standard procedure with most claims, so at this stage, there's no cause for concern.

I tried the corrupted video method, and they just didnt respond anymore. So as mothered already said it can get very lengthy and difficult. But keep us updated!

In such a case, request an escalation.

So we just go back and forth me sending the files and the rep saying we can’t view it. How should I respond with saying that I’m frustrated that he can’t do a simple task in a polite way?

corrupt file method does not work for logitech, you need to buy a video from photoshop manipulating services or from people who sell logitech proofs

That's what tends to happen.

But be sure to keep changing the file format, and assure the rep It's working perfectly fine on your end. It gives the Impression that you're doing your utmost best to resolve the matter.
