Report domain + host / help needed

So, even selling credit cards as a legit web shop?
(that is about that web site)
But there are a few more with disgusting content, as child pron (-18), black hat services, etc.
That can't be right to be legit even on offshore.
I understand the offshore policy, but that is a bit too much.
I know about warez allowed, as well as some porn content (not child porn), and as well some hacking forums, but, this is way too much.
Have to be the way to stop them.

btw , Carding isn't a big problem now , there are lot of sites with the Carding ,

If you are lookin the TOR Network , there will be lot of illegal thing hosted ,

No, I found it - it was hidden behind cloud flare service, so I tested a server stress and I made it, so that is the IP, but the IP resolve host
from Netherlands Haarlem Leaseweb B.v.

I sent an email to [email protected] but there is no result or the answer. Strange?

I myself live in the Netherlands and its onshore. We have very strict rules here and Leaseweb is a decent company.

They have very good support and I myself have been hosted there before aswel. There is no way that they accept stuff like malware and such.

I thought Netherland is Offshore ,coz i saw some Hosting providers ,

did the Simple Google Search and nl provides Offshore ,
maybe not Fully Offshore ,
