In the UK, Sony use non-geographical postcodes for their pre-paid return labels, how would I go about FTID'ing them?

Don't waste your time with that garbage.

Opt for a traditional method.

I know you aren't a fan of FTID and rightfully so, it's a very flawed method that relies on workers not doing their job. However, I have heard some success with the method when doing it to Sony, apparently if done correctly, they investigate the "Lost PS5" that you sent for repair, and after a bit they send a replacement out.

Do you think simply DNA'ing a store like Currys would be better?

It's either Insider assistance, or brain-dead personnel handling the shipment.

Absolutely.

If I’m honest, I don’t have any experience SE’ing a company who uses DPD, I’m sure the process would be the same though. Surely they wouldn’t just leave a high value item unattended?

If you know of any other stores that would be easy to hit for a PS5 then I’d appreciate that.

I’ll do a bit of research into it all and give it a go.

UK, the only store I’ve heard which is rather easy to SE is Curry’s.
