, as well as . The exercise can be downloaded as a PDF . In this exercise, they hypothesize a scenario for the “deliberate this time” spread of the Monkeypox virus through a terrorist organization that spreads a vaccine-resistant virus.

Infections number in the billions, and deaths in the hundreds of millions

The scenario predicted a terrorist attack with a virus that was developed in an unsafe biological laboratory and spread from it. The scenario, which they emphasized that it is imaginary, states that the epidemic will pass through several stages, as it reaches its peak 18 months after its appearance in a hypothetical (unreal) country, which they called Brenya, and they also set the date of its first appearance on May 15, 2022, which is the same date on which the current Monkeypox disease appeared. “Coincidence”!!

The “imaginary” exercise expected that the number of people infected with the virus would reach more than 3 billion people and lead to the death of more than 270 million human lives (read page 10 of the exercise).

Global vulnerabilities and recommendations

The exercise brought together 19 senior leaders and experts from across Africa, the Americas, Asia and Europe with many years of combined experience in public health, the biotechnology industry, international security and philanthropy. At the end of the exercise, the exercise concluded by identifying weaknesses in preparing for such a bio-terrorist attack, as well as giving international recommendations for its implementation, paving the way for the international effort led by the World Health Organization to impose an international agreement binding on states allowing the implementation of the organization’s policies despite the opposition of local authorities for an important step in consolidating “global governance.” And the preparation for the unification of the world under one government, which is sought by the junta that moves matters from behind the scenes.

The Open Charitable Foundation is a foundation along the lines of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Open Society Foundation of George Soros, the Warren Buffett Foundation and other charities in the West through which community movement is directed, “suspicious” projects are funded, tax evasion and other “non-charitable” actions under the name of charity work.

Wars and epidemics are the means of authoritarian elites

Domineering families use epidemics and wars as their most important means to achieve their distant goals. These families are from the Satanic Khazarians disguised as Children of Israel (Jews).

They are working to direct the world towards a global central rule whose center is Jerusalem and in it the so called Temple of Solomon, and to create conditions for a king who emerges from the Children of Israel crowned at the head of this world. They also aim to reduce the world's population and force the rest to submit to it.

Their goals from wars

The direct goals of wars are:
1. Disciplining out-of-control countries and subduing them to the world order.
2. Changing the ruling regimes with regimes loyal to them.
3. Establishing military bases for permanent control.
4. Imposing more international agreements that further expand their sphere of influence.
5. Control over the resources of the countries they invade.
6. Pushing governments to borrow from their banks to finance wars.
7. Increase their profits of weapons, fuel, medicine, and of course, reconstruction through their companies.
8. Control over their citizens by enacting laws that allow the state to spy and arrest without charges.
9. Then preparing for the central control of the world, which is known as Globalization or The New World Order.

Their goals from epidemics

As for epidemics, they have a broader impact, as the impact of the war is limited to the participating countries and expands with the scope of the war, as in the two world wars. In the case of an epidemic, its impact goes beyond borders and crosses countries to include the whole world, and therefore its impact is greater. Among the objectives of epidemics are:
1. Imposing health measures centrally on all countries.
2. Bypassing the sovereignty of states and imposing central sovereignty on all states.
3. Unification of international laws and treaties, which means a global central authority.
4. Incredible profits from vaccines and medicines.
5. Decreasing the population to a greater degree compared to wars.
6. Using tests to complete the human genetic map and learn more about human races and strains, allowing medical intervention to scale one breed over another.
7. The ability to manipulate human genes through medical procedures and vaccines.
