Copyright laws allows one to use content for educational and entertainment purposes, however does not allow the content to be used for profit without permission from the rightful owner. Seeing how the majority of music is copyrighted and owned by companies, then its not someone one can make money off without being someone who creates said music.

Simply because someone doesn't enforce the laws, doesn't mean they don't exist you know? I also never said you nor that link was wrong as they hand out permission to use their content on Youtube. Though that is only meaningful if they own the right to every single song they release on "Trapnation".

Music on channels like these don't have copyrights, like the ones on Trap Nation and such. At least I haven't come across one yet.

The moment money is earned off a channel without the right to the content, it breaks with copyright laws. So channels like these aren't really made, as if you just want a personalized playlist, you can just make one from any account.

Lol, there's a difference between a channel releasing music under their own label with artist permission, and a channel uploading random songs that come from another labels and artists, which could possibly lead to a video takedown. Also the reason why other channels upload other people's stuff and make money is either because they got the label's or artist's permission, or they haven't been caught yet.

What is the channel even for? Just going to upload songs from bigger channels and try to profit.....

So we should subscribe to you because you upload songs that aren't yours?

His channel is more of a personal playlist. Most channels like Trap City, Trap and Bass, etc actually get permission from the label or artists themselves to use their music.

OP, hopefully youtube doesn't take down your videos, someone might make a claim to take down your vid due to copyright claims.
