Navigation image required

hey everyone, i have a programming website but the current tutorials page is getting over crowded and i was wondering if someone could help me an make ma a navigation image like the sample thing below, only better.



Like that only better, but could you provide me with the PSD file so i can change test and create duplicates please.

thanks but are you able to make it more symmetrical on the top and bottom so they bland together when placed above and below each other.
