Problem with Google Chrome - "debug.log"

Can anyone tell me what is this error?

I get this error in a text file called "debug.log" on the folder where i start Chrome, for example if i start on desktop this file is created in the desktop, if i change the folder it creates in the new folder.

It's Google Chrome's default log file that creates logs when errors are experienced.

Close Chrome and navigate to the following directory:

Then delete everything In the "Crashpad" folder, and restart Chrome.
See If that works.

Not really i was just been nice, it didn't fix. I uninstalled and use a diferent one.
