Quick Questions Regarding Fraud ( INVOLVES GRAPHIC DESIGN)

So If I where to try to start getting into fraud but have no where else to start except photoshop what can I use it to my advantage to make money for Or how could I do anything regarding fraud using photoshop?. Question 2 How can I get into fraud easily?. Thank you for taking the time to read and help.
