I just did gymshark DNA UK 150 quid. Took a day to get refund. Had to send them a message and took 23 hours for them to get back say sorry and refund

DNA, I think that works the best. If you are a student then use the student discount if it applies and then it looks even more legitimate.

You were able to request a refund after 14days of FTID. And with reduced workers at the time, it was more exploitable because it’s a real chance lots of the returns wouldn’t even be checked in that time frame. Also, they gave you prepaid labels for expensive items. They only offer home pick up for expensive items now or you can ship with your own label (harder to get them to refund u if they don’t get the item). Now you must wait 30days after the FTID and they make you fill a report which they log on your account for return issue. Obviously if you have same issue with 3 orders in like 4 months on one account they will flag/close it.

You can still hit them 1-2x on a very good account, but those days of 5-10x FTID are over. Apple was just DNA/EB with different address I would assume. You get refunded if that address never had issue before.
