Today I was accessing some files and this pops up. I knew it was coming I had a 2tb storage with them oh well??

Change file names and metadata so their system can't automatically locate any "violating" files otherwise just ignore the TOS and go about business as normal.

It is how I store my stuff on Google Drive, their algorithms like to block and delete alot of shit.

Would recommend what @n3r0x1d3 said about changing file names and metadata. They don't mind too much.

Actually, this has been around for quite a while, more so pops up when you login via a new device or sometimes when performing an update on Mega's service.

Since the take down of Megaupload a few years ago, a lot of file hosting sites have formulated their terms In compliance with copyright Infringements. It's of no concern to the end user whatsoever, just Ignore It.

It's good practice to login from a remote location, thus keeping your anonymity Intact. I do hope the account was also "created" via a VPN/Proxy.
