He’s expecting a miracle if he leaves out some stuff and pretends he’s sending everything back by leaving a few things inside the box. Highly doubt this method works
If the Items he's planning to SE register a weight on consignment and the company cross-checks the carrier's manifest, then yes, It will most likely fail.
