Depends on who you are FTIDing and how did they discover it. With amazon it's easy, just say you forgot to put the right item in or whatever and send it back

I always pay via paypal, so if the company refuses a refund, I'll open a paypal dispute and win because they side with buyer/seller based on tracking. This is assuming you're using ftidv3, as I always do.

What if they insisted that they scanned before packing all the items?
It's a factory sealed box, hence scanning It prior to packaging has no effect on the goods enclosed.
