I hadn’t really thought of that, certainly not out of the question. If I knew if I was able to maintain the photos while jailbreaking, I would just do it myself. It would be evident the phone was mine too, as I am in mostly all the pictures.

You obviously value your photos, so It makes sense to allow a phone repair shop to take responsibility of the device and retrieve them.
