useless topic Virtual Private Network safe?

when you try looking buy vpn and after buy using it imagine if vpn created on vps like digital occean and another some popular vps

you are not safe? because digital occean when police track your vpn ip which mean police can track your vps host than he will asking information
digital occean the manager will sent all information (because administrator will manage on everything control on everything) encrypt and decrpyt for police or nsa easy like breakfast

finally i want say something for my idea is best way to try safe yourself doing openport with rat or protect

try looking for offshore 250$-300$ and make sure Read Term of Service to not giving police information and located vps russia and Iceland
